 What a beautiful section! The clever and unique description, intertwining love and caramel provides magic to the novel. The use of senses such as sight and touch emphasises the idea that love beautifully engulfs one self. It leaves the reader not only wanting to experience love but also wanting to head to the nearest supermarket and getting some caramel!

    I love this book. I think Colgan's books with recipes are some of the loveliest things to read. If only I could bake those recipes!
